Terms of service · Kramaline

These terms apply when a company ("you") subscribes to Kramaline, a work order tracking service operated by Pratik Mane from India ("we"). By using the service you agree to them. If a separate written agreement or order form is signed with you, that agreement takes priority where it differs.

The service

Kramaline lets your team record and track work orders, customers, vendors and dispatch dates. We may improve and change features over time. We will not remove a core feature you rely on without reasonable notice.

Accounts

Accounts are created by invitation from your company's admin. Each person needs their own sign-in.
Your admin decides who has access and with which role, and removes people who should no longer have it.
Keep passwords private. You are responsible for activity under your company's accounts and must tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
The number of users is limited by your plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the service for anything unlawful or to store content you have no right to use;
try to access other companies' data or test, probe or break the service's security;
copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or overload it with automated requests;
upload malicious code.

We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why.

Payment and GST

Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate (currently 18%).
Monthly plans are billed in advance each month; annual plans are billed in advance for the year.
Invoices are due within 15 days. If payment is late, we may suspend access after giving you notice; your data is not deleted because of a late payment.
Price changes take effect from your next billing period, with at least 30 days' notice.

Setup fees

Setup and data import are charged once, as quoted before work starts. Once setup work has begun, the setup fee is not refundable.

Cancellation and your data

Your company owns its data. You can export your orders to Excel at any time.
Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing period. Annual plans run until the end of the paid year.
After your subscription ends you can still export your data for 30 days. We then delete it within 90 days, as described in our privacy policy.
We may end the service for a serious breach of these terms that is not fixed within 15 days of notice.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and fix problems promptly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service unless agreed in writing. Planned maintenance is done outside Indian business hours where possible. Support is by email and WhatsApp on working days.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or penalties under your own contracts.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell your company's admin about significant changes at least 30 days before they apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
