What does setup include?
We configure order types, numbering, statuses, delay reasons and any custom fields your trade needs, import your existing order spreadsheet with a check of every row, and walk your team through daily use.
Who owns the data, and can I get it out?
Your data is yours. Anyone with access can export the order summary to Excel at any time, and on request we hand over a full export of your company’s data.
How are users counted?
Each person with their own sign-in counts as one user, whatever their role. Your admin can add or deactivate people at any time within the plan limit.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
Terms are agreed in writing before you start. Monthly plans run month to month; annual plans are paid once a year and include two months free.
What support do I get?
Help by email and WhatsApp on working days, plus the in-app help guides. Growth customers get priority replies.
