About

Built for manufacturers who run their orders on spreadsheets

Small manufacturers build complex things to order, yet most of them track those orders in a shared spreadsheet. Kramaline gives them one order book the whole team can trust, without the weight of an ERP.

The story

Built alongside a custom machine builder

Kramaline started on the floor of a custom machine builder in Maharashtra. Their orders lived in one large spreadsheet: a row per order, columns for every department, copies flying around by email, and dates that meant different things to different people.

Instead of designing from a whiteboard, the product was shaped week by week around how that team actually works: what the owner asks in the weekly review, what planning needs before promising a date, and what the shop floor needs to see at a glance.

Everything specific to that company became configuration, so the same product fits other machine builders, fabricators, panel builders and job shops.

Principles

Three rules we build by

  • 01Principle

    Your data is yours

Export your orders to Excel at any time.

  • 02Principle

    Configuration, not customisation

Order types, statuses, numbering and fields are settings, so your setup never forks the product or slows down improvements.

  • 03Principle

Simple enough for the shop floor

If a production supervisor cannot find an order in a few seconds on a phone, the screen is not finished yet.

Founder

Pratik Mane

Founder, Kramaline

I build Kramaline. I spend time with the people who use it, from the owner’s desk to the shop floor, and turn what I see into small, practical improvements.

If your team runs its orders on a spreadsheet and you are tired of chasing dates, I would like to hear how you work.
